Journal de bord pour les uns, "project life" chez les autres, un petit article pour vous donner envie de vous lancer.

 

C’est quoi un « Project life » ?

Pascale a écrit  sur le blog collectif qu’elle co-anime avec Alexandra et Virginie, un article particulièrement intéressant pour expliquer comment créer un tel album. Je vous invite à le lire dans son intégralité et, avec son aimable autorisation je vous en livre ici les grandes lignes.

Quel est l’objectif d’un tel album ?

Il s’agit de consigner dans un album « classeur » de la taille de votre choix, tous les grands et petits moments d’une année, à l’intérieur de pochettes dans lesquelles vous glisserez photos, textes, étiquettes, tickets, etc. amassés au fil des jours. Vous pouvez voir ici les premières pages d’Alexandra d’où est tirée la photo de "une" de cet article

On peut dire aussi que c'est une sorte de journal de bord dont vous trouverez un bel exemple chez Cath ici.

Comment en commencer un ?

Vous êtes scrappeuse depuis de longues années ?  Vous devez avoir dans votre matériel de quoi mener ce projet à son terme.

Vous n’avez jamais fait de scrap mais l’idée vous tente ? Vous pouvez très bien commencer avec un album classeur à pochettes, vendu un peu partout au rayon "photo" pour moins de 10 € avec 400 pochettes. Cela vous permettra de voir si vous tenez le rythme et si vous investirez plus tard dans des pochettes de formats différents.

Qu’est-ce qu’on met dedans ?

Certaines trimballent leur vie dans leur sac à main, d’autres la racontent au jour le jour dans leur « journal de bord ». Meryl Streep sors de ce corps ! Ahhh ... le beau Clint de "Sur la route de Madison". Mais ... je m'égare.

Bien sûr on y glisse des photos de notre vie quotidienne. L’avantage de ces pochettes c’est qu’elles peuvent contenir des photos de format standard 10x15cm ou, comme le note Pascale, deux photos réduites de 10x 7,5cm disposées côte à côte.

Les cartes de journaling vous seront très utiles pour documenter votre album. Scrap rendez-vous vous en offre régulièrement en téléchargement gratuit. Il suffit d'être un des "followers" du blog et de laisser un commentaire sur les articles en question (en début de mois en général).

Et puis on peut ajouter dans les pochettes toutes ces petites choses du quotidien : l’étiquette d’un vêtement (ah ! non ! ne dîtes pas que c’est moi qui vous ai poussé à aller faire les soldes), le ticket des courses qui permettra de se souvenir que l’essence coûtait un bras ou que la tablette de chocolat était finalement un plaisir bien accessible. Le ticket de cinéma, une photo de vous (vous verrez que dans 20 ans vous direz « j’étais plutôt jolie à l’époque »). Bref la vie, la vie, la vie.

Nous avons créé un tableau de bord sur Pinterest que vous trouverez ici pour  garder en mémoire toutes les bonnes idées glanées chez les unes et les autres. Nous avons pris soin d’y épingler notamment de nombreuses cartes de journaling à télécharger gratuitement. Cela paraît évident mais ce n’est pas toujours le cas, alors sachez qu’un petit mot dans les commentaires sur les blogs de ces personnes (qui mettent ces embellissements en partage) pour les remercier, est toujours bienvenu, même si vous ne parlez pas anglais.
