Aux commandes de la marque qu'elle a créée en 2006 - Linna Morata - Nathalie fait partie de ces belles personnes avec qui il est agréable de travailler. D'abord parce qu'elle a mille idées par jour, mais aussi parce qu'elle n'oublie pas que ce sont d'abord les rapports humains qui la motivent. 8 ans après la création de son entreprise, avec 80€ en poche pour déposer son dossier, elle emploie aujourd'hui 5 personnes dans son entreprise située en région parisienne à Montreuil.

Linna Morata, ce n'est pas qu'une marque de (jolis) tissus. Nathalie est à la fois créatrice et distributeur-éditeur. Au tout début de son entreprise, Nathalie a commencé par proposer des produits finis, comme ces jolies trousses ou ces beaux cartables aux enduits chatoyants.

Mais très vite, elle a eu envie de maîtriser l'édition textile : "on a une graphiste textile en interne, et on choisit ensemble les thématiques, les couleurs. Je fais des listes de thèmes qui m'intéressent, on a des cahiers plein de projets. On collabore également avec des illustrateurs comme Christelle Lardenois, la maman de l'adorable motif du petit chaperon, mais aussi Alain Grée, ou Shinzi Katoh, deux respectables illustrateurs bien connus des amoureux de motifs vintages“. Ou dans un esprit plus scandinave avec la Suisse Marjolein Odink : “on ne cherche pas à travailler avec des gens pour faire quelque chose de commercial, mais d'abord pour le plaisir de fabriquer quelque chose ensemble. C'est d'abord une histoire de personnes“.

Linna Morata, c'est aussi une marque que l'on retrouve dans 500 points de vente et dans 25 pays du monde. On aurait dû commencer par là, car Linna Morata au départ, c'était (et c'est toujours) un blog, fondé en 2005. C'est d'ailleurs avec la fameuse “trousse à tout“ que Nathalie s'est fait connaître. Et d'ajouter "C'est toujours touchant de savoir que l'on a donné envie aux gens de se lancer".
